Extra Mural Activities

The majority of sport activities are hosted at sport clubs these days, and is not bound to a specific school anymore.This makes it very convenient for homeschoolers to participate in almost any kind of sport. Some mainstream schools do allow homeschoolers to participate in their extra curricular activities. Some homeschoolers who did this, however, found it difficult to keep track of the fast changing schedules at schools. Homeschooling has expanded so much lately, that in most areas Homeschoolers organise their own extramural activities and events, eg choirs, dance groups, athletic events, drama groups, orchestras, recognition days and even a Homeschool Eistedford (Arts Festival).
